Our story
For more than 25 years, RAM First Aid and Safety has been providing first aid services in the Albury-Wodonga region, and beyond. Many customers will know Rob and Antionette Milburn, the original owners of RAM, who created a much-loved family business through their hard work and genuine care for the people they served.
In 2021, the RAM First Aid and Safety story started a new and exciting chapter. Local family Chris, Tammy and Ben Jones stepped into the business — and are continuing to deliver the honest, friendly, and reliable RAM experience, solving workplace first aid and safety problems with a personal, customer-oriented approach.
Former customers of RAM themselves, Chris and Tammy are thrilled to be carrying on the business’s safety-first legacy, together with their son Ben, while also putting their own stamp on it moving forward. For the Jones’, the RAM story is really about people — and building a relationship with customers who’ll value connecting directly with us.
